Working with Individuals
Many individuals find themselves struggling to set healthy boundaries, feeling emotionally drained after interactions, or constantly putting others' needs ahead of their own. Confidence may begin to fade, replaced by self-doubt, persistent negative thoughts, or a sense of failure. Grief, loss, or past trauma can feel overwhelming, often surfacing in unexpected ways and making it difficult to focus, stay motivated, or feel hopeful about the future.
Emotional distress can manifest physically such as chronic tension in the body, fatigue that doesn’t go away with rest, headaches, digestive issues, or unexplained aches and pains. It can feel as though you're moving through life in a fog, disconnected from yourself and others. You may notice a pattern of overthinking, irritability, restlessness, or a lack of interest in things that once brought joy. Come explore your story, challenge limiting beliefs, and learn healthier ways of coping and communicating. This is a safe, supportive place to discover what's possible beyond the pain.
So, if you're ready to stop just surviving and start creating meaningful changes, pull up a chair. Let’s talk about it. Healing starts here.
Working with Couples
Relationships can be both rewarding and challenging, often shifting through seasons of deep connection and unexpected distance. Whether there’s emotional withdrawal, ongoing tension, or a struggle to truly understand one another, many couples find themselves feeling stuck in patterns that are difficult to break on their own. You may be aware of what’s happening on your end, yet unsure how to bridge the gap in your relationship or create space for both people to feel seen, heard, and valued.
Couples therapy offers a space for honest dialogue, healing, and transformation, where both partners can feel safe enough to unpack their experiences and rebuild trust and connection. I provide a balanced and supportive environment where each voice matters. Think of me as a mirror and a guide, reflecting what may not be easily seen, while helping uncover the patterns, wounds, or misunderstandings that contribute to ongoing tension.
Let’s work together to build healthy communication skills, restore balance, deepen understanding, and strengthen your relationship for many more meaningful, connected years to come.
